Childhood Vaccine Policy

We appreciate you considering our practice for the care of your children.

Understanding that there has been a history of vaccine refusal, we feel the need to communicate our policies.

As medical professionals, we feel very strongly that vaccinating your children on schedule with currently available vaccines is the right thing to do to protect all children and young adults.

Because we are committed to protecting the health of your children through vaccination, we require all of our pediatric patients to be properly immunized.

A catch-up schedule of vaccination can be arranged.

If you should absolutely refuse to vaccinate, we ask that you find care with another healthcare provider who shares your views.

We do not keep a list of such providers suggesting that you contact your insurance company, or the physician referral service at a local hospital.
