Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are happy to accept new patients at this time! If you would like to become a new patient, please call us at 215-249-9020. Before you arrive, please download and fill out the New Patient Packet. You can either email these back to us or drop them off to the office. We need to have this information before we can schedule your appointment.

How can I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please call 215-249-9020 and press 2. One of our staff will be happy to assist you.

Will my visit require a co-pay?

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be required to pay a co-pay for a visit. Please check with your insurance provider to learn more about your co-pay responsibilities.

How do I contact a provider after hours?

At least one of our providers are available 24/7. To contact us outside of practice hours, please call 215-249-9020 and follow the prompts. Upon doing so, our on-call provider will be happy to assist you.

Please note that this service is intended for urgent health matters that can’t wait until the practice reopens. If it is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

How can I get a referral?

To receive a referral, you must submit the following information to our practice:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Callback Number
  • Diagnosis Code
  • Specialist’s Name
  • NPI code

In order to securely transfer your information, call or fax (215-249-3469) the office. Please do not submit this information via email. Upon receipt of your information, we require a minimum of 48 hours to process your request. A provider may follow-up for more information as required.

Where should I go for a blood test or x-ray?

Our office partners with many of the major health networks in the area. Call us and we can help you find the location that will work best for you.

When will I receive my lab or test results?

Times to receive your results may vary, with many tests available within 24hrs. After your results are looked over, a member of our team will contact you discuss. A member of our medical team will discuss any abnormal results and what they mean. If you have not received your results within a few days, please don’t hesitate to call us at 215-249-9020.

I’ve been in an accident. What information do you need?

First, breathe. We’ll want to immediately see you, so contact the office to set up and appointment. When you call the office, you’ll need your claim number and your insurance information.

I have a question about my bill. Who can I talk to?
